Postnatal sessions are fun and mums bring their babies 6 weeks after giving birth. This is an excellent way to start your practice again. It would help you:

These classes are gentle and informal and no previous experience is required.
Please bring a pillow and blankett for baby to lay on and any other 'baby bits' you think you may need, i.e. for feeding/changing, etc.
- re-align the spine, hips & pelvis
- tone & re-strengthen the abdominal & pelvic floor muscles
- ease stiffness in the shoulders & upper back

- Mothers that are recovering from vaginal birth should wait 6 weeks
